I wanted to let you know how much you did for me, I needed to find an apartment to buy and I didn't have much time to do it. First off, you set me up with internet access to the MLS so I could be looking at available listings as soon as they appeared. In a fast moving "seller's market" this was such a big advantage to me. Then, you set up many appointments to look at in my price range, and tirelessly and patiently escorted me to each and every apartment. When it seemed like I would never find what I was looking for, you didn't get discouraged. Instead you suggested we try a building I had not thought of. You were so attentive and through with your research. . . And, it paid off. . . We were the first to look at the new listing. I fell in love with the apartment and just had to have it. You helped me in every step of the process from offer, right through closing. I am so happy with the apartment, ans it has already appreciated by over $125,000 in the short time I have owned it. I hope to be able to afford a bigger place soon, and you will be the first person I call to help me maki it happen.
